Social Media Manager

Own our clients' social footprints while building the Gries Studios brand across key digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Handle strategy, content calendars, and asset creation for multiple client accounts. Lead client reporting and analytics walkthroughs, showing them the value we deliver. Run Gries Studios' internal social media channels to help attract new agency clients. What We're Looking For: A natural storyteller who deeply understands attention, engagement, and platform algorithms. Confident speaker who is comfortable presenting and talking directly with clients. A high taste level for modern visual content, trends, and video hooks.

Account Manager

Serve as the primary partner to our clients, ensuring flawless campaign delivery and driving agency revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for our clients, keeping them happy and informed. Coordinate with internal creative teams to make sure projects are delivered on time and match the strategy. Proactively pitch new ideas and upsell services to current clients to help grow the agency. What We're Looking For: Obsessively organized, reliable, and relationship-driven. You don't let things fall through the cracks. A strategic thinker who can spot opportunities to help a client scale (and grow our account with them). High emotional intelligence and elite communication skills.

Content Writer

Craft high-converting copy for diverse client industries and write the content that puts Gries Studios on the map. Key Responsibilities: Write blogs, email campaigns, ad copy, and website text across various client verticals. Interview clients directly to extract their expertise and capture their unique brand voice. Produce internal case studies, thought-leadership pieces, and agency newsletters for Gries Studios. What We're Looking For: A portfolio or samples that prove you can write copy people actually want to read. Chameleon-like writing skills—you can pivot from a professional B2B tone to casual consumer copy seamlessly. Eager to learn, implement, and master modern SEO and content strategy.

Internships

Want real agency experience, not just a coffee-running gig? At Gries Studios, our interns are fully embedded into our team, working directly on live client accounts and helping us scale the agency.

We offer 6-month, 12-month, and Summer internships across all of our creative tracks, including:

  • Graphic Design & Branding

  • Web Development

Our Compensation Structure

Because of our agile structure, we do not operate on traditional hourly wages or fixed corporate salaries. Instead, all compensation is contract- and project-based, tied directly to completed client deliverables within your related area. This means your earning potential is tied directly to your efficiency, your talent, and your execution. We don't clock your time; we value your output and your impact on our collective success. If you are a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and wants to be directly rewarded for the revenue you help generate, you’ll fit right in.
